Ellerton & Co. Appoints Sanil Shirsat as its India Lead

Ellerton & Co., a strategic communications agency, has entered the Indian market by appointing Sanil Shirsat as its lead for India. The initiative signifies the beginning of the company’s Greater Southeast Asia vision, focused on establishing a robust communications link between India and Southeast Asia.

With over 12 years of experience in public relations, Shirsat will manage the creation of the firm's presence in India, promoting growth and executing communication strategies for clients in the region.

The growth is part of the company's plan to establish a connected network throughout Asia's expanding areas. Ellerton & Co. currently functions in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Thailand.

Shirsat has held roles at Weber Shandwick, MSLGroup, and Archetype, and he spent five years at Adfactors PR, where he directed the Frontier Tech Practice from Mumbai. He has counseled international brands, emerging companies, and large corporations, with client experience that features IBM, ABB, McAfee, ServiceNow, Tata Communications, and Air India SATS.
