Former Bharat Electronics CMD V Gowtama Mannava Joins Olee.Space
Olee.Space, a prominent innovator in photonics and defense technology, has revealed that Venkateswara Gowtama Mannava, previously serving as Chairman and Managing Director of Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), will join as Strategic Production Advisor.
Having worked for over four decades in India's defense electronics and technology industry, Gowtama contributes vast expertise in strategic management, innovation-driven growth, and extensive defense manufacturing to support Olee.Space's mission of building domestic capabilities in defense aerospace and communications technologies.
As an advisor, Gowtama will guide Olee.Space in creating advanced defense electronic systems that incorporate multiple technologies such as LIDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) and Secure Communication Networks, aligning with India's goals for sustained technological independence and Atmanirbhar Bharat. His technical knowledge will be instrumental in accelerating Olee.Space's progress toward implementing high-performance systems and expanding global defense collaborations.
