Hinduja Tech Names Faiz Ahmad Chief Executive Officer
Hinduja Tech Limited, a global engineering and R&D technology firm emphasizing mobility and a subsidiary of Ashok Leyland, announced the appointment of Faiz Ahmad as Chief Executive Officer and a forthcoming leadership change.
The Board of the Company sanctioned the appointment after CEO Kumar Prabhas retired from his position as Chief Executive Officer, effective October 31, 2026, marking the end of nine years of exemplary leadership and committed service to the organization.

Faiz Ahmad is an experienced leader in the industry, possessing extensive knowledge in engineering, mobility, and technology-driven business change.
With nearly two decades in the wider Hinduja Group ecosystem, he possesses significant leadership experience and a deep understanding of Hinduja Tech’s operations, clientele, and culture. Recently acting as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Vehicle Engineering & Development, he has been pivotal in enhancing the company’s abilities, fostering talent, and promoting operational excellence.
Throughout his time in the position, Prabhas significantly contributed to evolving Hinduja Tech into a well-known engineering and digital solutions firm worldwide. With his guidance, the firm grew its global presence, reinforced client alliances, improved its service portfolio, and effectively carried out strategic acquisitions, such as DSD and Tecosim. These achievements greatly enhanced Hinduja Tech’s abilities and strengthened its role as a multi-industry engineering and technology collaborator in worldwide markets.
Kumar Prabhas and Faiz Ahmad will collaborate closely during October to guarantee a smooth and seamless transition.
