KISNA Appoints Nitin Naik as Chief Technology Officer

KISNA Diamond and Gold Jewellery, a leading brand under the umbrella of the Hari Krishna Group, has named Nitin Naik as their Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This decision has been made in conjunction with the company's efforts to enhance its presence in the retail sector and advance its omnichannel expansion strategy throughout India.

Nitin is now responsible for overseeing KISNA's technology initiatives, which encompass digital commerce, retail systems, supply chain integration, and data infrastructure. He will work closely with various departments within the company to develop scalable platforms, improve customer interactions, and facilitate the smooth integration of online and offline channels.

Naik possesses more than 25 years of experience in enterprise technology, global delivery, and cybersecurity. The majority of his professional tenure has been at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where he spearheaded extensive transformation initiatives in various sectors and international markets.

In his most recent role as Delivery Head – Cybersecurity, Naik was responsible for overseeing comprehensive cybersecurity service delivery for emerging markets, as well as for global clients in the public sector and education industry, managing governance, financial outcomes, and strategic client relationships.

Previously, KISNA Diamond and Gold Jewellery, the primary brand under the Hari Krishna Group, has appointed Rajeev Toshniwal as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), enhancing its leadership as the brand increases its retail footprint and bolsters its omnichannel reach across the country.

Toshniwal will assume responsibility for overseeing KISNA's financial, strategic, compliance, and governance operations in this position. He will collaborate closely with the leadership team to promote controlled expansion, improve operational effectiveness, and establish strong financial infrastructure conducive to national growth.

Toshniwal has accumulated more than two decades of experience in the retail, FMCG, and apparel industries. Throughout his career, he has held high-ranking financial roles at esteemed companies such as Noble Group SA, Think9 Consumer, Raymond Limited, and the Future Group. His proficiency lies in effectively overseeing expansive retail operations spanning multiple locations, enhancing store profitability, and implementing robust governance structures.
