One of the most exciting aspects of our vision is the development of a new international-standard cricket stadium in Delhi, a milestone that will be the first of its kind in over 140 years. This will be a game-changer for Indian sport.”

As part of a calculated strategy to strengthen its footprint in Ludhiana, Omaxe Group has submitted RERA registration applications for two new projects, indicating a resurgence of activity in Punjab's property sector.

The initial development covers 5 acres located at Ghumar Mandi Fountain Chowk, a bustling area obtained through competitive bidding overseen by the Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA). Situated in the heart of the city's business district, this location is anticipated to accommodate a mixed-use complex combining retail spaces, offices, and premium residential units.

The second development involves an extensive township project on South City Road, encompassing over 70 acres. Built with an emphasis on community-centered living, sustainable infrastructure, and contemporary urban amenities, this township will include secured residential areas, recreational facilities, and built-in shopping districts, representing a transition toward comprehensive suburban planning.
