Pratiti Rajpal has been named the General Manager for Ronil Goa, a JdV by Hyatt Hotel. Situated on the renowned Calangute Baga Road in North Goa, this boutique resort is set to become the first five-star hotel on this vibrant stretch, conveniently connected to key tourist attractions, upscale shopping, and entertainment areas.
Reflecting the essence of the JdV by Hyatt brand, Ronil Goa boasts Indo-Portuguese-inspired architecture, offering an immersive experience of classic Goan hospitality. The chic boutique resort aims to attract the 'young at heart' and those seeking new and distinctive experiences.
With 15 years of diverse experience spanning ITC, Marriott, and Hyatt hotels in India, Pratiti brings a wealth of expertise, with nearly 12 years devoted to the Hyatt family. Her Hyatt journey commenced at Hyatt Regency Chennai as a Marketing Communications Manager, followed by roles at Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa, and Grand Hyatt Mumbai. In her most recent roles, she served as Director of Marketing for Andaz Delhi and Grand Hyatt Gurgaon, and later as pre-opening Director of Operations for Hyatt Regency Dehradun in 2021. Pratiti's leadership is characterized by a commitment to Hyatt's purpose – "We care for people, so they can be their best".
Passionate about diversity and inclusion, Pratiti is part of Hyatt’s Global Diversity Equity Inclusion Council and supports the Hyatt India Women@Hyatt chapter. In her new role as General Manager, she will lead the dynamic team at Ronil Goa across all functions.
