Samsung Ads India Names Nishit Kanchan as GM & Head of Revenue

Nishit Kanchan has recently been appointed as the General Manager & Head of Revenue at Samsung Ads India. He had previously held the position of Sales Head and has been an integral part of the company since 2022, contributing significantly to the enhancement of its Connected TV (CTV) advertising capabilities in India.
Upon reflecting on the preceding four years, it is evident that our journey has transcended mere professional achievements; it has been an opportunity to witness a transformative shift in the industry.
Four years ago, I embarked on a journey with Samsung Ads. Today, I am incredibly humbled and proud to share that I am stepping into a new chapter as General Manager & Head of Revenue – India.

Reflecting on these past four years, it’s been more than just a career milestone; it’s been a front-row seat to a revolution. We didn’t just join the CTV (Connected TV) industry—we helped define it. In an era where the living room has been rediscovered, Samsung Ads has remained at the forefront, acting as the pioneer in shaping how brands connect with the modern, data-driven viewer.
This journey has been personally transformative. Being recognized as an e4m 40 Under 40 Revenue Leader (2026) and Agency Reporter’s 30 Under 30 (2024) during this time has been a humbling validation of the work we are doing to move the needle in the AdTech ecosystem.

Before becoming a part of Samsung Ads India, Kanchan had previously worked in key positions at prominent media and digital organizations such as Times Internet, ZigWheels, Business Standard, and The Times of India.
Having a wealth of experience in various areas such as market research, marketing communications, digital marketing, online advertising, media planning, brand management, and business development, Kanchan is poised to lead the next stage of revenue growth for Samsung Ads India. This comes as the company seeks to expand its footprint in the fast-evolving CTV and AdTech landscape.
