Aspect Global Appoints Abhijeet Powdwal as GCSO
Aspect Global has appointed Abhijeet Powdwal as its new Group Chief Strategy Officer (GCSO), strengthening the Group’s leadership team as it advances its growth and diversification strategy across multiple business verticals.
In his new role, Powdwal will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to shape and execute Aspect Global’s strategic priorities in line with its long-term vision.

His responsibilities will include identifying new growth opportunities, driving cross-functional collaboration, leading strategic initiatives, fostering innovation, and supporting the Group’s broader business transformation agenda.
Powdwal will also focus on exploring emerging opportunities and new business models that can support sustainable growth and create long-term value across the Group. His appointment comes as Aspect Global seeks to strengthen its strategic capabilities and build on opportunities across its expanding business portfolio.
With more than 28 years of experience, Powdwal brings expertise spanning strategy, marketing, business modelling, and emerging business opportunities. His career has covered diverse functions, including sales, marketing, P&L management, IT, and consulting.

Before joining Aspect Global, Powdwal worked with organisations including IndiaFirst Life, ICICI Bank, 3i Infotech, and JWT. He has also pursued an entrepreneurial journey in consulting. His multidisciplinary experience across business, technology, marketing, and consulting has equipped him to identify growth opportunities and develop scalable business models.
His appointment is expected to further strengthen Aspect Global’s strategic leadership as the Group explores new avenues for growth, innovation, and long-term value creation.
