The 30-Day Return Guarantee was created to bridge the gap of trust and provide buyers with the opportunity to feel confident in their decision. Customers are allowed a 30-day trial period to test out their car. If the vehicle does not meet their expectations, they have the option to submit a request through the CARS24 app or via email. Following a brief reinspection, the car will be collected and the refund will be completed within a few days.
