Kaushalya Logistics Appoints Rajendra Singh Shekhawat as CEO
Kaushalya Logistics revealed that Rajendra Singh Shekhawat has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer. His main responsibility will be to lead the company's efforts to grow the network of carrying and forwarding agents and strengthen relationships with key cement brands.
Kaushalya Logistics stated that he will be tasked with improving distribution efficiency, increasing transparency in processes, improving the customer experience, and establishing a supply chain that is equipped for the future with the help of scalable systems and technology-driven enhancements.

"As our cement supply chain operations continue to expand in both scale and responsibility, his deep understanding of the cement supply chain ecosystem and his ability to translate that experience into practical, on-ground improvements will add meaningful strength to our operations," says Uddhav Poddar, Managing Director, Kaushalya Logistics Limited.
Poddar stated that his extensive experience working with prominent cement companies in India has provided him with a deep understanding of the industry's operational dynamics, customer needs, and market conditions.
Shekhawat has accumulated over 24 years of expertise in the cement and logistics sectors, holding key roles at leading cement companies such as Assistant Vice President for logistics and packing at Wonder Cement and Vice President & Head of Logistics at JK Cement.
He has also played a key role in launching logistics startups and assembling top-performing teams, among other achievements. The company has operations in 116 locations, such as depots and rake points in various states, providing services to key cement manufacturers in the country.

Shekhawat shared his thoughts on the new role, stating: “I am truly honoured to take on this responsibility at Kaushalya Logistics. Over the last two decades, I have had the opportunity to work across different parts of the cement supply chain, and stepping into this role allows me to apply that experience with a wider purpose”.
