Sun Life Appoints Bianca Ilibasic as MD – Sun Life Global Solutions
Sun Life has named Bianca Ilibasic as Managing Director of Sun Life Global Solutions (SLGS), enhancing the leadership of its global capability center activities in India and the Philippines.
Bianca formerly held the position of Vice President & Chief Operations Officer at Sun Life Asia, where she significantly contributed to enhancing operational efficiency, speeding up digital transformation, and influencing the development of the company's AI strategy.
In her new position, Bianca will manage SLGS activities in India and the Philippines, offering strategic guidance to teams in Technology, Operations, Analytics, Actuarial, HR, Finance, and Risk & Compliance.
She will additionally spearhead initiatives to expand SLGS as a key enterprise function that supports Sun Life’s activities across 28 international markets.
Throughout her time in Asia, Bianca concentrated on bolstering collaborative platforms, optimizing straight-through processing, and promoting scalable digital programs intended to boost business growth and operational results.
