The Sleep Company has recently appointed Udhaya Shankar M as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), enhancing its leadership team during a period of growth for the brand.

Udhaya offers a wealth of knowledge and expertise in human resources leadership, with a proven track record of over 17 years in prominent retail and consumer brands.

He is adept at developing and managing high-performing teams, driving significant HR initiatives, and crafting strategic people strategies that drive business success. His areas of proficiency include talent acquisition, employee engagement, skill development, rewards programs, and HR analytics.

During his professional journey, Udhaya has collaborated intimately with business and promoter executives to restructure companies, streamline expenses, and establish diverse, results-oriented environments that promote sustainable and human-centered development.

Udhaya's most recent position was as the Head of HR Operations at Metro Brands Ltd, where he significantly contributed to enhancing HR practices and the overall efficiency of the organization.
