TVS Supply Chain Solutions Appoints Vikas Chadha as Global CEO
TVS Supply Chain Solutions has named Vikas Chadha as its new Global Chief Executive Officer, with his appointment effective January 22, 2026. This decision marks the start of a deliberate leadership transition at the logistics company, in preparation for the retirement of its managing director, Ravi Viswanathan.
The company states that the selection was endorsed by its board of directors based on suggestions from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Viswanathan is anticipated to retire in the 2026-2027 fiscal year and will maintain his role as managing director during the transitional phase.
Vikas possesses over 30 years of leadership expertise in managing extensive, multinational operations, including positions overseeing companies with yearly profits surpassing $1 billion.
According to TVS Supply Chain Solutions, his selection is intended to maintain consistency while implementing its comprehensive strategy in international markets.
During the transitional period, Viswanathan will collaborate closely with Chadha to facilitate a seamless transfer of duties and uphold operational efficiency. The board has outlined its objective to finalize the leadership shift within the financial year of 2026-2027.
Chairman R. Dinesh stated that the succession plan demonstrates the company's prioritization of long-term value generation and stability. He further emphasized that Chadha's global perspective and proficiency in overseeing intricate, geographically varied operations will bolster the company's upcoming period of expansion.

Vikas' professional experience as a former chief executive of a prominent Dubai-based conglomerate and his senior leadership positions in various multinational companies and Indian listed firms have been noted by the company.
His impressive background demonstrates a proven track record of driving transformative growth, achieving operational excellence, and effectively managing large-scale profit-and-loss responsibilities.
He obtained his MBA from the prestigious Indian School of Business in Hyderabad, in addition to holding a bachelor's degree in electronics and communications engineering. TVS Supply Chain Solutions, a division of the TVS Group, offers comprehensive supply chain and logistics services to international clients across various regions.
