Kunvarji Group Appoints Bhakti Rana as Group HR Head

Kunvarji Group has named Bhakti Rana as its Group HR Head, enhancing its leadership team while the diversified conglomerate prioritizes organizational capability, culture, and sustainable growth. The company announced the appointment in an official LinkedIn post, affirming Rana's position as Group HR Head starting December 2025.

In her new position, Rana will collaborate with the group’s leaders to develop personnel strategies and business policies that align with Kunvarji’s growth objectives. Her role involves enhancing organizational culture, developing leadership skills, and fostering a sustainable and positive work atmosphere throughout the group’s enterprises.

Rana has more than 20 years of expertise in human resources and business collaboration in major corporations, small and medium enterprises, and startups. Throughout her career, she has collaborated extensively with founders, promoters, and leadership teams on talent strategy, organizational development, and workforce transformation.

She has held senior HR and talent leadership positions in various sectors such as financial services, manufacturing, IT, education, and waste management. Her background encompasses overseeing talent acquisition at Centrum Group, spearheading learning and development efforts for a major gems and jewellery company, and providing guidance to MSMEs and start-ups on HR strategy and personnel systems.

Aside from her corporate positions, Rana has been engaged in guiding micro-entrepreneurs and businesses led by women through community initiatives and CSR-related programs. She has collaborated with government-supported women development initiatives and is connected to women entrepreneurship networks aimed at grassroots skill development.

Rana possesses a postgraduate degree in human resources and a Master of Commerce, complemented by certifications in organizational development and board readiness. She is also eligible for independent director positions and is presently engaged in advanced studies in organizational psychology.

Established in 1960, Kunvarji Group has created a varied portfolio in wealth solutions, agricultural commodities, real estate consulting, merchant banking, technology services, and insurance brokerage. Based in Ahmedabad, the group functions throughout India and internationally, emphasizing trust, integrity, and the creation of long-term value.
