Modi will establish the groundwork for two hydropower projects - Tato-I and Heo - which will both be constructed along the Yarjep River in Shi Yomi district.

The Tato-I initiative, featuring a 186 mw capacity, will be a collaborative effort between the Arunachal Pradesh state government and North Eastern Electric Power Corporation Limited (NEEPCO), requiring an investment of Rs.1,750 crore.

The project is projected to produce approximately 802 million units of power per year.

The 240-mw Heo initiative will similarly be a joint venture between the state government and NEEPCO, with a budget of Rs1,939 crore. This project is anticipated to yield 1,000 million units of electricity annually.

Additionally, Modi will open a convention facility in Tawang, constructed through the PM-DevINE program with funding of Rs.145.37 crore. The facility can accommodate more than 1,500 attendees, meets international standards, and will boost the area's tourism and cultural opportunities.

The Prime Minister will also initiate several important infrastructure developments valued at over Rs.1,290 crore, spanning different areas such as transportation, healthcare, and fire protection services, officials noted.
