Publicis Media Opens Spark Foundry India, Niti Kumar Names CEO

Publicis Media India, which belongs to the Publicis Groupe, is maintaining its robust growth path and reinforcing its standing as one of the leading media organizations in India. Leveraging its current success, the network introduced Spark Foundry India, which broadens its varied media offerings and enhances its market leadership position.

The introduction of this new initiative comes after Publicis Media India has experienced substantial expansion, driven by its unique service offerings and strong positioning in data analytics, technological innovation, and media solutions enhanced by artificial intelligence.   

Spark Foundry India is entering the market with a contemporary approach that leverages AI and data-driven strategies, effectively linking brand development, marketing performance, and commercial outcomes—ultimately providing quantifiable growth across various stages of the marketing process, from initial brand awareness to final customer conversion and ongoing brand loyalty.

Niti Kumar, who previously held the position of Chief Growth Officer at Publicis Media India, has now been named the Chief Executive Officer of Spark Foundry India.

Recognized for her exceptional strategic insight and ability to build robust client relationships, Niti is set to drive the agency's expansion strategy and establish Spark Foundry India as an innovative and high-performing media organization.

 

Ravi Bhaya transitions to the position of Chief Growth Officer at Publicis Media India, with the aim of driving and enhancing the network's expansion and development.

Jai Lala and Rathi Gangappa will retain their leadership roles at Zenith and Starcom, now with broader responsibilities within Publicis Connected Media. Specifically, Jai will oversee Connected CRM, and Rathi will be responsible for Connected Influence, which aims to enhance the organization's integrated and data-powered media strategies.

The four executives — namely Niti Kumar, Jai Lala, Rathi Gangappa, and Ravi Bhaya — are set to be directly accountable to Lalatendu Das, who serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Publicis Media in the South Asian region.
